Josh Nutt, a Hintonburg resident, young professional and enthusiastic library user has taken over as Chair of the READ Rosemount community group. Of READ’s progress to date Nutt says “READ and its tireless volunteers have done incredible work advocating for the community over the past 2+ years. I’m invested in this community and this library, and so I hope that I can continue helping READ work towards its goal of ensuring that the community has a modern library branch that will serve residents for decades to come.”  In assuming the chair, Nutt gave great thanks to out-going chair Richard Van Loon for all his hard work. Van Loon will stay on as past-chair. Vice-chairs are community residents Emily Addison, Linda Hoad and Marty Plaine. Josh chairs his first READ meeting February 13, 7 pm at the Hintonburg Community Centre.
